Expected Downtime for VPS is 30 - 55 minutes.

Please be advised that we will be performing various server maintenance and hardware upgrades for performance & scalability.

The maintenance will be performed at the off-peak times from 26 to 28 of January 2020 between 0000 AM - 0830 AM (GMT00 / UTC)

Your VPS is expected to shutdown on either 26th,27th or 28th of January (depends on the rack its hosted at). The intervention should last between 30 to 55 minutes - This will involve shutting down your VPS, replacing hardware parts and starting your VPS again.

Afffects on your VPS:
- VPS will be shutdown and unaccessable during the maintenance
- The Shared Kernel will be updated

Shared Hosting clients:

This to inform you of maintenance work of our core routers due to be carried out on Thursday 22/11/2013 from midnight through 6:00 am. Therefor your website might appear offline in this time frame.


Core routers are key network components, which initiate and manage connections to our Internet providers. During maintenance, these devices will be updated to a newer software version. 

During maintenance, there will be a planned unavailability of the network of a few seconds. Unfortunately, due to organisational reasions, we can specify a more accurate time frame for the downtime.

Please understand that regular updates of the network components are absolutely necessary and in your interest for higher stability, performance and security of your environment.
